Play Ball

Wednesday night we went to a baseball game with Ryan's work to watch the Cleveland Indians play the Oakland Athletes. It is about a 2 hour bus trip to Cleveland and it was raining when we arrived (too much rain means the game is called off), but it stopped shortly.

We had dinner in the Club Lounge, which meant all you can eat hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers and pasta - we had never seen an all you can eat like it with those foods on the menu!

The game kicked off at 7pm. We had vendors walking around our section of the seating all night handing out free drinks (non-alcoholic of course), popcorn and peanuts, cotton candy (fairy floss) and hot dogs. Plus there was the free ice cream stand up the back! It was unbelievable. We tried not to make piggy's of ourselves!

The game went for 4 hours, and had a break in the middle due to rain. The rain stopped, and the Indians got flogged. We arrived home about 1am.
